What is the return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom/made-to-order products unless there was an error on our part (i.e. misspelled name; incorrect fabric used; defective product). We will reimburse the cost of shipping in these cases. Unused Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping cost in these cases.
