What is the return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom/made-to-order products unless there was an error on our part (i.e. misspelled name; incorrect fabric used; defective product).
Unused Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping cost in these cases. Refunds will be issued once the product is received. If you believe there is an error, please reach out to sales@underwrapsbabycompany.com. We are happy to help!
